Xing Hua, female, PhD, associate professor. Graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in economics, and graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a master's degree in management in 2001; graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 2009 with a Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical management, currently in Shenyang Pharmaceutical Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Science and Technology. The first person in charge of the professional construction of marketing and the second person of the second international economic and trade professional construction. Served as the director of the International Economics and Trade Teaching and Research Section for many years. While serving as the Director of the International Economics and Trade Teaching and Research Section,she acted as the Director of the Marketing Teaching and Research Section for one year. Main research direction: Pharmaceutical policy and management/new drug research and development and project management/pharmacoeconomics/accounting and financial management.She has successively taught courses on project management, introduction to pharmaceutical management, commercial enterprise accounting, financial management, international settlement, applied statistics, and business negotiation to graduate students and undergraduates. Published 134 academic papers (collected by CNKI). Has presided over and participated in more than 40 scientific research projects issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Development and Reform Commission, Health and Family Planning Commission, Ministry of Education, SFDA, Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Liaoning Department of Science and Technology, and edited or participated in the editing of 15 textbooks and books, including the compilation Hermonograph "New Drug Development and Pharmacoeconomics" won the third prize of Liaoning Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Achievements. Instructing college students’innovation and entrepreneurship projects-2014 "Yaowanggu-Pharmacy Vocational Training Network Development Project" won the Excellence Award in the National General Review; in 2015, instructing college students’entrepreneurial projects "Yaoyougou Pharmaceutical Network Company" won the "Health Express" Cup The first prize of the first college student innovation and entrepreneurship training camp simulation contest of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, and the third prize of the third entrepreneurial competition of Liaoning Province; the entrepreneurial project "Yilukang-medical network company" won the fourth prize of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University The second prize of the "Qingsong Huayao" Cup College Student Entrepreneurship Design Competition; the entrepreneurial project "Guangyun Souvenir Co., Ltd." was approved as an innovation and entrepreneurship project in Liaoning Province; it was awarded the best prize in the National Debate Competition of the 10th Annual Conference of Dandelion Guided by the best instructor; the scientific research paper "Research on Data Mining of Domestic Listed Auxiliary Drugs" won the Excellent Award of the 2018 Population Health Science Data Sharing Service Platform "Sharing Cup" University Student Science and Technology Resource Sharing Service Innovation Competition;
