Yang Li, female, born in 1981, member of the Communist Party of China, PhD in Pharmaceutical Administration. Thousands of talents in the Liaoning Province "Hundreds, Thousands of Talents Project", visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota, USA Received a bachelor of medicine and a doctorate of science.She is currently an associate professor at the School of Business Administration of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Possess a comprehensive academic background in pharmacy, law and management, and has long been engaged in research work on drug supervision, drug intellectual property protection, international pharmaceutical regulations and policies, and pharmaceutical industry innovation, and has been engaged in drug supervision and drug intellectual property protection. The research results have received widespread attention from the government, academic colleagues and the public media. Presided over more than 10 horizontal and vertical projects including National Social Science Fund, Social Science Fund of Liaoning Province, General Project of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Scientific Planning Project of Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Bayer Scientific Research Fund, and participated in more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial projects. More than 70 papers have been published in national core journals.She edited 2 textbooks and participated in editing 8 textbooks. Many papers have won awards at all levels, including the National Pharmaceutical Management Annual Conference, Liaoning Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, Shenyang Science and Technology Association, Liaoning Provincial Management Science Annual Conference, and Liaoning Provincial Social Science Excellent Academic Achievement Committee. A number of research results have been approved by provincial and municipal leaders and adopted by the government. Served as a reviewer for the national core journals "China Pharmacy" and "China New Drug Journal".
